Recently, a new cartoon film has been shown to the public, and the film name is <時をかける少女>The film is reorganizes from a cartoon into film.
I heard this film are very hot and very popular, the reflection is great!

两个分句之间如果是逗号的话，要有连词连接，像是and，but这一类的。名词间的从属关系不能直接把两个名词叠加。所以第一句话的第二个分句应该说“and the name of the film is ……”。
第二句中有重复，而且动词一般现在时前不用is。可以说“The film reorganizes from a cartoon.”
第三句hot和popular有重复，留下一个就好了。同样少了and。
最后一句，典型的中式英文。是想说“有机会去看一下”对吧？但英语里没有这样的用法。可以直接说“please go and see it。”看电影不用look，用see或watch。
